This Act enforces rules on animal feed, including the manufacture, production, processing, breeding and cultivation, use, storage, trade, distribution and marketing. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may also establish rules on import, export and transport of food-stuff in adherence to EU regulations.
