This Order aims to promote the production and marketing of organic food with the financial support of subsidies. The Order sets regulations on applying for such grants which may be utilized for salaries, consultancy, travel expenses and purchase of equipment and products related to organic food development. The Ministry of Environment and Food, through its Danish AgriFish Agency, shall be responsible for regulating the administration and control of subsidy authorization and disboursement thereof. Requests for grants shall be received by the Agency between 3 December 2015 and 1 February 2016. Cost-effectiveness of projects shall be the basis of an authorized grant, as depicted in Appendix 1, and it shall be evaluated firstly for all participating kitchens for each application and thereafter the entire applications.
