This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of three articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions concerning transmission of information in relation to international shipment of radioactive waste or spent nuclear fuel. Art. 2 specifies obligations of the State Office for Nuclear Safety in this subject.
