This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 35 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) veterinary requirements for the production and marketing of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products, fishery products and live bivalve mollusks in the territories of the member states of the European Union; (b) veterinary conditions of import of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products, fishery products and live bivalve molluscs from third countries; (c) the list of diseases for which there can be prepared the program of revival of aquaculture animals; (d) veterinary and sanitary requirements for the arrangement and equipment of fishing vessels, factory ships, companies for processing of fishery products and live bivalve molluscs; (e) veterinary conditions of transport of aquaculture animals and aquaculture products, fishery products and live bivalve mollusks; (f) details on applying for a veterinary certificate.
