Regional Act No. 64 making provision in matter of water discharges and laying down amendments to Regional Act No. 88 of 1 December 1998.

This Regional Act shall apply to water discharges in the territory of the Tuscany Region. Such discharges shall be subject to the prior issuance of an authorization, as per articles 2 and 3. Article 3 regards the renewal of the authorization; article 7 concerns penalties to be applied in case of infringement.
