The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three articles and one Annex. Preparedness plans of fighting against infectious diseases of animals are prepared for diseases specified in the Annex, for newly recognized infectious diseases of aquatic animals which can spread within a population or between populations of these animals, and for recognized infectious diseases of aquatic animals which can be dangerous for animals living in natural environment.
